At this phase, your conceptual design is completed and the budget range has your approval. Our next design
agreement is executed.
MCDB revises and finesses the concept to become a
potentially built design. At this phase,
assumptions are no longer acceptable. Many issues are discovered and addressed accordingly in the design
iterations. Your plans must solve
functional requirements such as traffic flow, furniture layouts, room
locations, sun orientation, preferred views, site and zoning restrictions, code
requirements and other issues.
MCDB researches zoning and building codes issues and the
produced documents include exterior and interior views, floor plans, the site plan,
3D modeling of your home's exterior and/or interior. Other technical and engineering
issues are considered.
Once you are extremely satisfied with the design, the
process moves into the pricing phase after performing a development budget
check.
