We visit your home and carefully listen as you
share your ideas and vision for your remodeling project. Your target investment for your project is discussed. If your budget is feasible, we mutually enter into a concept design agreement and schedule our next
meeting.
Now the creative process
begins.
At the first design presentation, MCDB presents 2D floor
plans and 2D house views to convey the design concept to you. Your plans show how the new spaces connect
with the old spaces of your home. Do the
spaces function and flow properly? Are
there some revisions to be made? Your
feedback (both positive and negative) is critical at this phase.
We also make lots of assumptions at this phase regarding site limitations and the existing house construction. 3D modeling is not typically part of the
concept service, but can be included if you desire.
A concept budget feasibility study is performed. Once your budget exists in a comfortable range for
you, we proceed to development.
