Michael Cavanaugh, the principal designer at MCDB,
is passionate about residential design. He believes in and strives
to utilize the latest technology to assist homeowners that are frustrated by not being about to "see" their designs early in the design development. He and
his staff employ "3D" computer modeling, so you can easily
understand your proposed design.
MCDB was created in the year 2000, after fifteen years of designing and remodeling
homes in the DC area, in order to
provide remodeling design and documentation services for many types of clients, such as homeowners,
design-build contractors, architects, custom home builders, engineers and
interior designers. MCDB continues to enjoy designing distinctive
homes, which are attractive and on budget.
